We rolled into a roadside hotel to find a group of men blasting Ace of Base and other 80's pop jams from the back of a dodge caravan. As we began to unload Primetime, Robin became hypnotized by the music and began to dance. The men saw his moves and invited us all over for a drink. They were all off-duty federal police officers who'd been shacked up at this hotel for several months while patrolling this section of the highway. The following 5 hours entailed dancing, politics, singing, drinks, and Robin exchanging jackets with one of them in a very heartfelt moment.

Today we're off to the beach for a few days of relaxing.
